Another collaboration with Mike from the Burning River Farm, (Burning River Farm).
Our goal is to use 100% local ingredients soon.
We have launched our PGFY Carrot Ginger Juice and Burning River Farm is our source for fresh, local and organic carrots.
When in season, we pick and juice our own Minnesota grown Zestar apples from Ames farm in Delano MN. Zestar, along with the Honeycrisp, Sweet Tango and First Kiss were developed by a well-known horticulturist at the University of Minnesota. Many of the apple trees at Ames Farm are some of the original trees that were planted in the 1980s.
